Kevin Singer is your court receiver. Mr. Singer is the founder of Receivership Specialists, which now has offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Barbara / Ventura, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver.
Mr. Singer has served as Court Receiver/Court Referee in over 661 cases over the past several years for large and small banks, private lenders, private investors, and municipalities. He has also served over health and safety receiverships.
Mr. Singer brings over 30 years of real estate, business, conflict resolution, and construction expertise to each appointment. In addition to being President and a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of the California Receivers Forum, Mr. Singer is a frequent lecturer on receivership related topics.
